State Loan Kit Officer

LifeHealthcare Pty Ltd is a privately owned medical devices company in Australia and New Zealand and has a vacancy for an experienced State Loan Kit Officer – Victoria and Tasmania.

This position reports to the Consignment Manager.

Focus areas;

•  Overseeing and monitoring state loan kit pool requirements and all kit movements.

•  Manage computer system transactions that relate directly to the State Loan Kit Officers responsibilities.

•  Manage and serve local consignment sites in all aspects of inventory and kit support.

•  Working with Account Executives within the state on new kits and products.

•  Manage and oversee all state kit courier bookings / movements from source to delivery point.

•  State communication – updating the consignment manager on kit movements.

•  Weekly kit status updates with local sales team.

•  Manage and assist local sales execs in arranging demo / surgical workshops or seminars.

•  Liase with Consignment Manager on instrument kits / implant orders and restocking requirements

You will also need to demonstrate the following attributes:

•  High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organisation.

•  Time management and be able to multi-task

•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in dealing with surgeons and       other decision makers.

•  Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

•  Ability to work unsupervised and have a can do attitude.

•  Be able to work in a team environment

•  Flexibility to work overtime and after hours on call, some weekend work will be required.

To be successful in securing this role you will need to have at least two years’ experience as a senior loan kit coordinator/officer in the medical devices industry.
