K2M Pyrenees™ Cervical Plate
A low profile cervical plating system with a 1.5mm leading edge incorporating the revolutionary tifix® Locking Technology, whereby each screw head forms an autologic lock to the plate upon insertion. Due to the tifix® Locking Technology, screws can be inserted conically up to 30º straight out of the tray and up to 45º with the use of the Thread Former. Both the Pyrenees™ plates and screws are colour coded for ease of identification and are available in 1-5 level plate designs to accommodate varying anatomic sizes. Screws are available in lengths of 10mm to 16mm in 4.0mm, 4.35mm and 4.5 mm diameters. Screws are available in self-tapping and self-starting designs and there is a large window in the plate for greater graft visualisation.
Spinal Kinetics™ M6-C® Cervical Disc Replacement
The M6-C® artificial disc replacement is designed to replicate the anatomic structure and biomechanical performance of a natural disc. Its innovative design incorporates an artificial nucleus to allow axial compression and a woven fibre annulus for controlled range of motion in all six degrees of freedom. The M6-C® is comprised of a viscoelastic polymer nucleus to simulate a native nucleus, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fibre annulus for controlled motion in all planes and axes of rotation and a viscoelastic polymer outer sheath designed to minimise tissue in-growth and debris migration. Titanium endplates with low profile tri-keel design provide the optimal acute and long term fixation. The M6-C® is available in 4 footprints – 15mm x 12.5mm, 15mm x 15mm, 17mm x 14mm and 17mm x 16mm in heights of 6mm and 7mm.
K2M Caspian™ Posterior Cervical System
A revolutionary, top-loading, low profile posterior cervical spinal system which has Zero-Torque Technology®. With no set screw required due to the taperlock screw design, there is no cross threading of set screws and zero profile above the rod. The unique taperlock screw design allows surgeons the ability to partially lock the screw to the rods for compression, distraction and rotation manoeuvres and one-step locking without torsional stress being applied to the spine. Caspian™ comes with a 3.5mm rod and its polyaxial screws have a 90º range of motion. Available in lengths from 10mm to 40mm and diameters of 3.5mm and 4mm.

Kasios® Kage ACDF Cage
The Kasios® Kage anterior cervical cage is made of PEEK. The Kage comes in two footprint sizes, 14mm x 13mm and 17mm x 13mm, and is available in both convex or wedge superior endplate designs. The Kasios Kage is available in heights from 3mm to 9mm in 1mm increments and has a pre-filled bone graft option for ease of use.
Orthofix® Hallmark® Cervical Plate
The Hallmark® Cervical Plate enables semi-constrained, unconstrained and constrained constructs. A 1mm lead-in plate profile makes this plate both low profile and conducive to a surgeon’s needs. The Hallmark® is available in 1-4 level plate designs to accommodate varying anatomic sizes. Screws come colour coded for ease of identification in both self-tapping and self-drilling designs. Screws are available in lengths of 10mm to 18mm and 4.1mm and 4.5mm diameters. There are large slots in the plate for greater graft visualisation.
Signus Tosca ® Cervical Plate
The Tosca® Cervical Plate was designed to address the challenges of bone fixation in anterior cervical procedures. The expansion screw design increases the pullout strength in osteoporotic bone and adds strength to extended corpectomy constructs. Fixed and variable angle screws are locked into place with a distal locking screw ensuring no screw back out. Additional fixation points on the plate allows for this plate to be used with the Signus Athlet® Corpectomy Cage enabling the cage to be screwed to the plate, reducing the risk of cage migration. Overall plate thickness is 1.8mm and is available in 1-4 level plate designs to accommodate varying anatomic sizes. Screws come colour coded for ease of identification, are self-tapping and are available in 12mm to 16mm lengths in 4.0mm and 4.5mm diameters.
Orthofix Blackstone 3º™ Cervical Plate
The Blackstone 3º™ Cervical Plate accommodates three philosophies in one. The one plate enables semi-constrained, unconstrained and constrained constructs. A 1.2mm lead-in plate profile makes this plate both low profile and conducive to a surgeon’s needs. The 3º™ Cervical Plate is available in 1-3 level plate designs to accommodate varying anatomic sizes. Screws come colour coded for ease of identification, are self-tapping and are available in 12mm to 16mm lengths in 4.4mm and 4.75mm diameters. There is a large window in the plate for greater graft visualisation and simple innovative instrumentation allows the surgeon to drill, tap and insert a bone screw with a single instrument.
Signus Athlet® Cervical Corpectomy Cage
The Athlet® Cervical Corpectomy Cage is made of PEEK, and is available with a footprint size of 15mm x 14mm. Athlet has a straight superior endplate design and is available in heights from 16mm to 50mm in 2mm increments. The Athlet® is comprised of 2 components – 1x End Body and 1x Main Body which have an integrated side and lock mechanism for ease-of-use, meaning no bulky exterior locking mechanism. The Athlet® has built-in lordosis which reconstructs the natural lordotic curvature of the cervical spine.
Signus Nubic® ACDF Cage
The Nubic® anterior cervical cage is available pre-filled with Kainos®+ bone substitute or as an empty cage. Manufactured in PEEK Optima®, the Nubic® is designed as a Smith Robinson-style graft. The oblong form gives a large graft area and the convex superior surface matches anatomical morphology. The Nubic® cage provides immediate stability while offering simplicity and ease-of-use. Titanium markers provide radiographical feedback of cage placement. Heights are available in 4mm to 8mm in 1mm increments.
