A-Spine A-Mesh® Spinal Titanium Mesh

A-Mesh® Spinal Titanium Mesh is designed to restore biomechanical integrity throughout the thoracic and lumbar spine following vertebrectomy or corpectomy for patients with spine tumors or fractures. The system provides anterior, middle and posterior vertebral column support both immediately after surgery and for prolonged periods in the absence of bone fusion.

A-Mesh® Spinal Titanium Mesh is indicated for use in the thoracolumbar spine (i.e., T1 to L5) to replace a diseased vertebral body resected or excised for the treatment of tumors, to achieve anterior decompression of the spinal cord and neural tissues, and to restore the height of a collapsed vertebral body. A-Mesh® Spinal Titanium Mesh is also indicated for use in vertebral fracture or unstable.

K2M Aleutian TLIF

The Aleutian™ TLIF interbody cage is designed for a Transforaminal- Lumbar (TLIF) Interbody approach. Made of PEEK, the system is available with a complete offering of instruments, including a unique Adjustable Inserter, which allows for variable angulation of the implant from 10°to 60°in-situ, enabling the surgeon to insert the cage with precision and ease. The implant is available in a 27mm length and heights of 7mm to 17mm. Its bulleted nose allows for ease of insertion and has a 7°built in lordosis.

K2M Aleutian AN™

The Aleutian™ AN (Anatomically Narrow) interbody cage can be used for either a PLIF or Oblique TLIF approach. Made of PEEK, the system is available with a complete offering of instruments, including the unique AN inserter, designed to allow for rotation of the implant in-situ. The implant is available in 22 mm, 28mm and 32mm lengths and heights from 7mm to 17mm. Its bulleted nose allows for ease of insertion and it has convex endplates to minimise endplate preparation. Both endplates have self-retaining teeth for gripping of the endplates and to resist expulsion.

The Chesapeake™ Lumbar Spinal System is a multi-screw construct providing stability to the anterior column while reducing the need for supplemental fixation in the lumbar spine. Featuring the revolutionary tifix® Locking Technology, the system exemplifies advances in new and innovative instrumentation and technology required to achieve fusion. Available in two footprints, 24mm x 30mm & 28mm x 36mm, three lordotic angles, 5°,10 ° and 15°, and heights of 11 mm – 21 mm. The screws are 5.5mm in diameter and come in 20mm, 25mm and 30mm lengths.
