K2M ARI™ I Anterior Thoracolumbar Staple System
A Low-profile, conforming design which matches the anatomical structures and allows for more contact with the bone, thereby providing a stronger construct to address complex pathologies. The ARI staple is shaped to fit the sagittal curvature as well as the concavity of the vertebral bodies. Two design options are available- a Single Hole Design as well Dual Hole Design. Dual Staples are available in 13 mm in a Left and Right and in16 mm in a Left and Right options.
K2M MESA™ Pedicle Screw System
MESA™ is a revolutionary, top-loading, low profile thoracolumbar pedicle screw spinal system which has Zero-Torque Technology®. With no set screw required due to the taperlock screw design, there is no cross threading of set screws and zero profile above the rod. The unique taperlock screw design allows surgeons the ability to partially lock the screw to the rods for compression, distraction and rotation manoeuvres and has one-step locking without the torsional stress being applied to the spine. MESA™ is available in Polyaxial, Uniplanar and Mono 360°screw options which are colour coded in length from 20mm to 60mm in diameters from 4.5mm to 8.5mm. The MESA™ Polyaxial and Uniplanar screws have a 60°range of motion in their mobile range. The use of the unique cricket reduction instruments negates the need for reduction screws and, with 3 rod material options, provides surgeons with the ability to treat the most complex spinal pathologies.
K2M MIS Serengeti
The Serengeti is more than just a MIS screw system. It’s a minimally invasive screw based retractor system. Its simplified and flexible design allows for one-step, percutaneous placement of the screw and soft tissue retractor in one. In doing so this provides direct visualisation and access to the screw heads for simple rod insertion. The innovative, cannulated ‘Perfect Scalpel’ is ideal for consistent skin and fascial incisions while the polymer retractor design allows for neuromonitoring during screw insertion. Serengeti screws are Polyaxial and come in colour coded lengths from 30mm to 55mm in diameters of 5.5mm, 6.5mm and 7.5mm. The rods are pre-contoured with a bullet nose in lengths of 35mm to 150mm with addition 500mm rods for longer constructs. The Serengeti’s revolutionary design takes instrumented MIS surgery to a new level.
K2M Natural Bridge™ LP Transverse Connector
The Natural Bridge™ LP is an innovative, low- volume, and ultra low-profile transverse connector system providing optimal torsional stabilisation. Offered in a Fully Adjustable design in sizes ranging from 38mm – 90mm and Semi-Adjustable design in sizes from 21mm – 39mm. The Semi-Adjustable design combines the rigid centre body of a fixed connector with the polyaxial heads of an adjustable design, effectively removing any need for bending the connector prior to implantation. The ultra low-profile connectors seamlessly pair with MESA’s no profile above the rod design while the polyaxial heads snap onto the rod allowing for ease of introduction while offering the surgeon tactile feedback.
K2M Denali™ Iliac System
The Denali™ iliac screw is a top-loading screw design. The multiaxial screw design allows a 50°range of motion and are all colour coded in length from 65mm to 100mm. Three diameters are offered i.e. 6.5mm , 7.5mm & 8.5mm. The Denali™ Iliac set comes with 2 Lateral Connector lengths of 25mm and 50mm in both open and closed designs.
K2M Denali™ Hook System
The Denali™ Hook System is a comprehensive top-loading hook system comprising closed and open lumbar hooks, extended body, thoracic and pedicle hooks. These hooks are available in three throat heights all of which are colour codes for ease of identification. The Denali™ Hook instruments are also colour coded for ease of use intraoperativley.
A-Spine Smartloc Spinal System
The Smartloc polyaxial screw system provides a simple and cost affective alternative to other more costly systems. Simple instrumentation will allow surgeons to address the basic lumbar procedures with ease and the Polyaxial screw design allow angular freedom of 17º for easier assembly even under critical orientation. Screws are available in lengths of 30mm to 50mm in diameters of 5.5mm , 6.5mm and 7.0mm. The 6.0mm rod diameter comes in lengths of 40mm to 80mm.
