With Cyclone Alfred approaching, the safety of our customers, partners, and staff is our top priority. We want to keep you informed about the expected disruptions to our operations, especially concerning transport routes this Thursday and Friday.
Our freight partners have decided to continue full operations across South QLD and Northern NSW. While staff safety is their first priority, they are balancing this with servicing every patient delivery they can in the affected region. You can still place orders, but please expect possible delays with airlines and road closures over the coming days, which won't allow our freight partners to deliver.
Safety for our people is also our main concern, and as such, our Queensland team will be operating with limited staff for the rest of this week so they can continue to prepare and, with schools closing, be available to look after their families. Weather permitting, we plan to resume normal operations on Monday, March 10th.
